LILLY IN THE STUDIO

Inspiration comes in many forms. The other day it came in my mailbox.
The Spring Lilly Pulitzer catalog arrived and brought the visual perks for the day. I loved the artist's studio theme. Go figure......What can I say? I live in Florida, love bright colors, the classics and I am an artist.
I was connecting.
Anyway, I'd recommend checking it out online.....Lilly is like Spring blossoms....always good to see & perenially pleasing.

  5. I adore Lilly as well, the colors really excite me and make me happy. I have a vintage (can I call it that, if I've owned it for 14 years?) Lilly skirt that I can no longer fit, but I am never willing to give it away. I have been thinking about making it into a pillow for my very colorful guest room. Take care, Danielle

  11. When I received the catalog I thought that the clothing against the studio backdrop was a wonderful and inspiring scene. I wish I had the gumption to paint or draw in charcoal whilst wearing a pretty Lilly dress... but I'm too much of a klutz to be trusted with it. :)
