ROSY AT THE RINGLING

I snapped my mom last Summer on the Veranda of the Ringling Museum in Sarasota, Florida. The entire estate is painted a beautiful rosy shade and the use of marble everywhere borders on the obscene. The architecture is stunning and the works of art by major Masters are amazing.

    I had a good laugh, at first, when I read this post, I thought it said, that you "slapped" your Mom. Oh, I think I am feeling the after effects of an all 24 hour 10 year old birthday fest. I love that Museum...and your Mom sure looks like a rosy coral belle!

    Nice shot Anne. I worked at the Ringling Museum from 83-86. Just a fantastic place to visit and to take photos and video. Also I'm a retired self taught artist. Caribbean island art. Hope you can see my blog with all my work as your time allows. All the best.
