SATURATED VELVET


I don't consider myself any fashionista and am hardly what you'd call a clotheshorse, but I am loving these two pieces by Boden for Fall. The gorgeous color combined with soft velvet equals a rich touch of embellishment perfect as a  little spark of brightness for your wardrobe. Way to warm up the cooler months!

    I have the Boden catalogue and have seen these...they are sooooo '60's. I think that I had a jacket like the purple one, Anne !!! Lovely though. I should have kept mine !! XXXX

    I adore that plum jacket! Funny, I have always loved velvet and the velveteen rabbit is one of my favorite books!

    These are festive and bright. I have a few short black velvet jackets... but perhaps something with a burst of shocking pink would be just the thing to perk-up a long winter. I love anything Boden.

    I love these too...I get the catalog but have never ordered from it. I always change my mind thinking that shipping would take so long. I need to rethink it because these are pretty!

    Looks like we're all in the mood for colorful comfort clothes as the seasons change. I was out shopping with a friend all day Saturday we found so much to love about the styles this year all because we knew the styles from before. So what's old is new again but the fabric content is better so they should last past the next round of their revisions. Happy Trails Shopping!

    Yes, definitely have hope...it CAN happen! I met my husband, and got married in less than a year!!! (and in the second year moved into a house and had a baby at age 42!)
