I love Giada De Laurentiis, her show and her cookbooks. You've got to love her spunk, her talent and her adorable family. Now I have a serious case of tomato envy. Take a look at these huge screens of tomatoes drying in the sun on the Isle of Capri. Oh my goodness....
Have a terrific weekend!

Giada is one of my favorites! She is so sweet in person. I met her in Oak Brook, Illinois a few years back at a book signing at Williams-Sonoma. As far as tomatoes....love them! I just picked up a large jar of sun dried tomatoes from CostCo....yummy!!
ReplyDeleteBTW...sorry to hear about your grandpa! I know he is missed dearly! I grew up listening to him ---- love those Detroit Tigers!!
Thank you for your support Anne!

ReplyDeleteI saw Giada at the Food & Wine Festival in Aspen a few years ago. She is just as cute in person, and I LOVE her recipes!
ReplyDeleteI was enchanted by her grandmother, the great actress Silvana Mangano, a unique beauty and I have followed the family's stories and the movies produced by her grandfather for decades. Now Giada brings her smile and enthusiasm to our homes.
ReplyDeleteI thought that was Giada... love her and love that picture!
