I guess that I started reading House Beautiful when I was maybe......10?
I have to say I was loving this month's issue, especially the chic California beach cottage designed by Krista Ewart for her sister and family. That surfboard with the crisp green geometric pattern by Halsea is really grabbing me!
Love the pink fridge
and this summery breakfast table spread. It all just feels "happy" to me. Did you spot the "Keep Calm" mug? Mine are available here.

I love that cottage too. It's nice to see that some pubs are still going strong. The ones that have been around since our childhood hold a lot of nostalgia.
ReplyDeleteThere is nothing like a live plant in my "Happy" list! Unfortunately my efforts at planting seed failed dramatiacally. However I did buy some tomato plants that sit in containers.
ReplyDeleteI was also reading today an article on interior plants on Elle deco; I may post some pics sometime today. Be happy.
I agree, it is lovely! hope you are well.
ReplyDeleteOh, yes I loved it too! Bright, fun and cheery images! I am nothing of a surfer= but that green surfboard with the geometric pattern is really appealing to me!

I wonder if I could convince my husband to live with a little more pink around our home? :)
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful day ~

Love all the color!! Hope you are doing well Anne!
ReplyDeleteI spotted not only the mug but the poster on the kitchen wall as well. I feel so privileged to own the few chair prints that I do have. Thanks, Anne, for a colorful and happy post.
ReplyDeleteThis is lovely post and I do so love all of the pink - it is my favorite, especially with green or yellow. Enjoyed my first visit to your blog - signing up for your giveaway next - I love it!
ReplyDeleteThe combination of pink & green is so fun and fresh! Love the daring mix of patterns in sofa, rug and artwork!
ReplyDeleteThe pink kitchen is a new personal favorite :) Such a strong issue.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful outdoor design! I love the pinks as opposed to typical browns and neutrals used in outdoor furniture. I love how this set also moves away from traditional style, showing a completely different way to do outdoor spaces. I love how it is literally an extension of your interior style. Our blog (http://bit.ly/cF0khL) explores more outdoor styles and how to decide what is best for your space.
ReplyDeleteI think EVERYONE loves this cottage... soooo charming!
ReplyDeleteHope all is well with YOU!!
