NEEDLEPOINT IS CHIC!

A special thanks to Kelly Market for featuring a post on my needlepoint kits.  Needlepoint is experiencing a revival in this generation and it's not just for grannies anymore!! It's a timeless craft and now you can find kits with a contemporary twist to pep up your decor. There are an endless variety available here.
HAVE A SUPAH WEEKEND!!

  3. Thanks Anne! I am all about the revival of needlepoint, sewing, and knitting. It's much more fun to make things yourself! Have a great weekend :)

  4. I had no idea you had needlepoint kits! I find needlepoint super-relaxing, and yours would be sooo fun to hang in my dressing room. Thanks!

  5. Anne,
These are fantastic! Too bad I don't have the "sewing" gene...I am seriously inept at anything requiring a needle!

  9. Wow - I've never really considered taking up needlepoint (I've been cross stitching for 20+ years, and who needs another hobby, right?), but after seeing your needlepoint ginger jar kit, I am seriously tempted to get started with needlepoint!

  12. Saw these beauties over at Kelly's - they are so charming. I'm not a needlepointer - but my sister-in-law is quite a devoted one so passed these over to her!

  13. I have many clients who love to needlepoint and then are stumped when faced with what to do with the finished piece. So much time is invested in the work that the pillow to be made should be equal in value. I'll post some photos on my blog today of needlepoint pillows I have made for my clients.

  14. I agree with acorn. Dont put me near anything sharp or pointy. Needlework is really back on trend again. I am also seeing a lot of embroidery, all of which I think is fantastic. I am sick of seeing mass produced stuff. Lets get back to home made basics!
