It is always a thrill to see where my work ends up.
I spend a lot of time at my local post office, so much so that I could almost write a thesis on the interpersonal relationships I observe with the employees. Yeah, I see them THAT often.....I am familiar with their mood swings, who's nice, who's crotchety, which employees work harmoniously, which pairs hate each other, etc. Sometimes when I walk in, you could cut the tension with a knife....not pretty. No wonder someone coined the term "going postal".
Ok, I am rambling. AGAIN. The point of telling you that was to say that I send packages all over the world to my customers and clients. Sometimes I get to see one of my pieces hanging in it's new home. The other day a blogging friend all the way from Norway sent me this link to a post on her living room re-do. Above her sofa was a custom-colored chair silhouette she ordered from me - thanks, Dagny!
Check out Dagny's fabulous blog, Scandinavian Chic and her post here.
THANKS FOR READING & HAVE A WONDERFUL WEEKEND!!

I saw it on Dagny's blog and loved it. The print looks great on her wall.
Have a great w/end:))
I must say we look good together in Dagny's living room. Have a wonderful weekend Anne xx
It looks great in her grouping! I know what you mean about the post office employees - I've observed the same thing! :)
It must be so great to see where your artwork ends up. What a stylish room. I'm also spotting Mariska's cushions. Very cool!
ps I finally saw 'I's Complicated" and was very excited to see your print!
Oh my god I want to move into her living room for the weekend! I love it! And your chair painting is gorgeous. You've lit a fire under my butt - I need to get your work up on the walls. My mom is here this weekend - I think that will be our project!!!
And I know what you mean about the post office employees. I was sending stuff out from ebay for a while after having Fiona - (I outgrew my favorite shoes! SOO SAD!) - and I loved watching the relationships between the workers there too. Though I must admit, I would definitely go postal if I had to work there! Ha!
Have a great weekend Anne!
You're lovely print looks fabulous in her pretty living room!! have a great weekend!!
Anne Harwell AND Mariska Meijers. Now that's my kind of room! Beautiful.

It looks great! What a wonderful thing to have your art all over the world :)
Yes, the postal thing...I have a great little outpost here with very friendly workers, much better than the actual Post Office.
Enjoy your weekend,
nathalie
What fun to see your art hung all around the world. My local post office is actually a delight - very civilized. Perhaps it's because they close for a lunch break every day from 11 - 12!
Love it!!!! Your art works fabulously with her decor. I hope someday to get to observe such things at the post office. Your work is terrific so beautiful and graphic no wonder it has such global appeal:)

What fun to see your work travel the world! I have relatives in Norway. After I learn more about my ancestors from this country, I must research that side. Have been out sick so trying to catch up.
