This week marks the opening of the 2011 Hampton Designer Showhouse presented by Traditional Home Magazine to benefit Southampton Hospital.
This year’s Showhouse will take place in Bridgehampton, NY and will open with a Gala Preview Cocktail Party on Saturday, July 23rd and will run daily from Sunday, July 24th to Sunday, September 4th.
The honorary chairman of this year's showhouse is Mario Buatta, with co-chairmen Jamie Drake and
Alexa Hampton. I won't be able to make it, but look forward to seeing photos, especially since one of my favorite designers, Meg Braff, is involved in the design! Go here for more info and directions.

Yes, it looks like a it's going to be a fantastic showhouse. My Behind the Q featured friends Tilton Fenwick are doing the large "rec" room downstairs. Tamara over at Nestnestnest just posted a sneak peek of the fabulous room!!
