BONNIE LONNY

When I browse through a magazine, I am all about the visual stimulation, way more than the text. I am first a "looker" and then a "reader". If the visuals aren't tempting then I am probably not going to take it to the next step and actually read the text. Online magazine Lonny is one of my favorites - they never fail to deliver the eye candy I am craving and these two photos are my favorites from the latest issue.
The colors are reviving and inspiring!

Same here...I'm a visual person too... graphics before text, except of course when I love the subject of the text, then I could read text even without visuals, but this hardly happens when the subject is design...

And lonny is a darling...feeding us everytime with its lovely eye candies:)

I agree with you. Being a visual person I too look through an entire magazine first and then go back and pick and choose what I'm going to read. Lonny is a great on-line magazine. Love it!!!

I totally agree with you Anne, infact I'm exactly the same as you, first a looker then a reader! :))

Hi, Anne! I am the same look-first, read-later kind of person. I also tend to love Japanese magazines b/c I have an odd propensity to flip through a magazine backwards, which is the correct way for them. Anyway...love these two images, too. I love to see a person's workspace/desk.

I love that second photo featuring that colorful office space. How great would it be to work in such a setting? Lonny is a great publication. :)

I feel exactly the same about Lonny. I'm always looking to grab visual interest on my own blog, but Lonny magazine sets the bar. Details, lines, and color all thoughtfully placed. Their images draw me in, and leave me so excited for what's next.

So, this is way off subject.....but i had pictured you as a mac girl!!!!!!

I know exactly what you are talking about with the visual stimulation....but as any artist will tell you that we go thru life being first and foremost visually stimulated!!! I am actually really bad, i go even further and look for books that i want to read...(insert a quiet whisper here) by how the cover looks!!!!!!!! Please dont tell anyone!!!! lol

I love the decor designs and colors that hang from the walls of your studio, a very pleasant place to work. Have a great and inspiring day.

Me too! But that's probably why I have resorted to a blog anyhow, the love of great photography, color and composition!
