Pointed Leaf Press sent me a recent release by famed Long Island decorator Sherrill Canet.
It's called "A La' Carte - The Elements of an Elegant Home". This 176 page tome is chock-full of lush photos encompassing all the necessary elements to pull together a home with a distinctive and warm decor.
Design aficionados will be sure to enjoy adding it to their library.
You can find it here along with a sneak peak and more info.

Great, now I want to paint my living room bright green. Somehow, I don't think Matt will be pleased! ha!
Lovely - I also want to buy the book!
Hope you have a fabulous weekend!
So funny you posted this today - I've been meaning to look at this book. A friend of mine went to the publishing party for it and told me how lovely it was!! Maybe a dangerous trip to the bookstore is in order today!!
Hmmm...gonna have to pick that up for sure!
Love that bright green! I just posted on Iantha Carley's bedroom in the DC Design House. Your print looks fabulous in the dressing room!

I love their work.....and am going to get the book,, looks promising.....I had attended a function last year in the Hamptons ( a luncheon) and the home had been decorated by Sherill Canet and it was gorgeous..really left an impression, it was so different and eclectic but beautifully done.
