WORD TO THE WISE....AND CRAFTY

The queen of all things crafty, Martha Stewart

Martha's perfectly organized personal attic craft space
I don't consider myself a huge crafter. HOWEVER, I do shop at Michaels from time to time, mostly because I like to see what's new in their MARTHA section. Always something cool and, tell me, who can resist the colors and packaging? Martha just gets it right. Good news is that from now through Saturday, the 20th, all of her craft supplies at Michaels are a whopping 30% off! Time to stock up, my crafty friends! Now, if they would only silence all those halloween decorations with annoying sounds that play incessantly....

She is definitely very organized lady. Sorry we don’t have Michaels here in Australia but it is always inspiring to check her webpage. Her “green loft workroom” is perfect.
Great Blog
Thank You

Anne-
I love the Martha boxes for home baked or hand made items. For me it is the packaging that is part of the presentation. I stock up on them as the holidays approach. Great for teachers gifts or simple gifts from the heart.
Now, can we talk craft room... I would lock that door and never come out!

Martha's line at Michaels is great -- once picked up a pack of labels with scalloped edges that were just so pretty.

Hope you're having a fanstastic week, Anne!

I know! Those decorations are very loud. I have a 4 month old and have to find away around them because they are scary. I don't know what Michaels is thinking. They are phasing out a lot of their yarns too. And in case others read my comment, Michaels accepts competitors' coupons. It's not widely advertised so I thought I would pass this along.
