SMART SEATING FROM SMART FURNITURE

Looking for some stylish and versatile seating solutions? Anyone who reads this blog knows by now I have a thing for chairs! I have used quite a few as subjects in my paintings and they never fail to interest me and draw my eye.
Here is one that I am sure you're probably familiar with, because it's already established itself as a new design classic and it's destined to stay that way. Phillipe Starck's much celebrated Louis Ghost Armchair by Kartell. I love the modern take on classic Louis lines, as well as the clean and "light" aspect it introduces to a room.

Here's another practical, yet design savvy option - perfect for outdoors this Spring and Summer as well! I kept spotting the Dr. No Chair everywhere last time I was in Europe.
Both of these chairs are available in a selection of great colors and are sure to infuse a bit of youthful chic to any setting! Click on the photos or links now to check them out or request a FREE catalog from Smart Furniture, who offer a broad array of quality design classics at a great price and are now also offering FREE SHIPPING on these two chairs as well! Don't miss this great offer! Click on the chair names or photos for more information.

Every house needs a ghost chair-it works everywhere. Did you know that Louis and Victoria had a baby-Lou Lou?

Le design de ces chaises est très pur.
Mais sont ils confortables? Je pense qu'un petit coussin ne doit pas ëtre de trop...

My sister in law has these in her Paris apartment, the ghost chair, mixed with some antiques. I quite like that chair and well the doc. no chair looks like a fine one. I do like the slim legs.

I love the Louis Ghost for so many reasons...you can see the other furniture around it, and it doesn't take up any perceived space...and... the colour selections are so yummy.

I think it started all of these references to classical detailing in furniture. Like the Moooi Smoke chair, etc. They make me feel two ways at once?

Have you painted one?

I like the clean lines and shapes. Very elegant! And, they can work in a casual setting, as well.
